Members Credit Union, originally called Greenwich CT Teachers Federal Credit Union, was established in 1935 to serve the teachers and employees of Greenwich schools. In 2002, the name was changed to Members Credit Union and membership eligibility was broadened to include anyone who lives, works, worships or attends school in Fairfield County.

Qualifications:
Cultural Savvy: Understanding the unique financial needs and backgrounds of our multicultural members is essential.
Bilingual Skills: Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in Spanish or Haitian Creole is highly desired.
Self-Starter: Taking the initiative to identify opportunities to assist members and team members, resolve issues, and enhance the overall member experience without constant supervision is a key attribute for success in this role.
Tech Aficionado: Computer skills are required to navigate our modern financial systems.
Math Whiz: Strong math skills are vital for handling financial transactions accurately.
Detail-Oriented: You'll need to keep things organized and error-free.
Flexible & Adaptable: Our environment is fast-paced, so you'll need to shift gears seamlessly.
Team Player: You'll be working with an upbeat team, so great interpersonal skills are key.
High School Diploma: Or equivalent education is required.
Responsibilities:

Efficient Transactions: Accurately process financial transactions, helping members manage their finances effectively.
Financial Empowerment: Identify ways Members can improve members' financial well-being.
Branch Advocate: Maintain a welcoming environment where members feel valued.
Problem Solver: Resolve discrepancies, follow security measures, and adhere to policies.
Community Engagement: Participate in community involvement and Members volunteer initiatives.
Other Duties: Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned.

Starting Salary: $16-20 per hour depending on experience.
